Day 2 of the Texas Diet
I slept well. I woke up and cooked 1/2 of lean turkey and some broccoli and cauliflower for lunch. I popped a Jet Fuel Pyro and headed off to work. I did a little extra walking at work and then went to hit the gym. When I stepped on the scale it said 212. After one day I am down 3 pounds. I busted my butt at the gym again and when I got home I took a Lean Dreams. This is supposed to help me relax and recover while I sleep. My body is sore and is very upset with me for this diet and exercise torture. GAME ON TEXAS!
The Texas Diet
I've decided to go back and visit Texas for my Birthday. The only problem is that when I left Texas less than a year ago I weighted about 180. Present day I am at 215. I have 11 days to get down to at least 200. Can I do this? Day 1. I took Jet Fuel Pyro
and at 1/2 of chicken and veggies. I then went to the gym and tortured myself. After the workout I drank a protein shake and then went to sleepy time. It's time to cram 11 days of good eating, gym going and supplementation into my stubborn system and see what happens...Wish Me Luck!
